This entity is a 501(c)(4) entity for income tax purposes and contributions to it are not tax deductible. Because of that, those who contribute to this entity remain anonymous.

Judicial Action Group Foundation is an Alabama non-profit organization organized for the purpose of educating the public with respect to the impact on our daily lives of the decisions made by the courts of the United States and the importance of securing Constitutionally minded God fearing judges to resolve conflicts that arise in our culture and society. This entity is a 501(c)(3) entity for income tax purposes and contributions to it are tax deductible. Donors who contribute to this entity may be identified in tax filings.
