Current Key Cases

The countdown is on at the U.S. Supreme Court. It’s late summer 2025, and the justices will soon return for their new term in early October. But before then, the Court is still finalizing decisions from the last term—rulings that could shape the legal and cultural landscape for years to come. As we watch and pray, here are three major cases we’re tracking closely in this season.

National Republican Senatorial Committee v. Federal Election Commission:

The justices will reconsider a prior ruling that upheld federal limits on coordinated campaign expenditures by political parties.

West Virginia v. B.P.J.:

This case addresses whether laws limiting participation in women's and girls' sports based on sex violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment or Title IX.

First Choice Women's Resource Centers v. Platkin

The Supreme Court is currently reviewing whether First Choice Women's Resource Centers can challenge a subpoena from the New Jersey Attorney General in federal court, based on allegations that it violates their First Amendment rights and constitutes harassment stemming from their pro-life views.
